ULULE Contest Game

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER

LUXFILIA SAS, operating under the brand name Napapaya, with its registered office at 5 Rue de Rome 57970 YUTZ, is organizing a free competition with no purchase necessary, titled:
“Napapaya Ulule Campaign Launch Competition”.

ARTICLE 2 – DURATION

The competition runs from April 15, 2026 to May 15, 2026 at midnight French time inclusive.

The prize draw will take place on May 15, 2026.

ARTICLE 3 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The game is open to any natural person of legal age residing in Europe (or other area to be specified).

Participation is free and without obligation to purchase.

The following are not eligible to participate:

  • members of the organizing company
  • any person who participated in the organization of the game

ARTICLE 4 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, users must:

  1. Follow the @napapaya.fr account on Instagram
  2. Like the contest post
  3. Comment on the post by tagging two friends
  4. (Optional) Share the post in their story to increase their chances

Any incomplete or fraudulent participation will be invalidated.

ARTICLE 5 – ALLOCATIONS

The prize is as follows:

  • 🎁"ULULE Limited Edition" box set including a beach towel (choice of nine designs), a built-in memory foam cushion, a tote bag, a vacuum storage bag, a pump, and goodies. All with a value of €129.

The prize cannot be contested, exchanged, or converted into cash.

ARTICLE 6 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The winner(s) will be chosen by random draw from valid entries.

The draw will take place on May 15, 2026 using an impartial tool.

Winners will be contacted by private message within 7 days.

If there is no response within 7 days of the notification period, a new draw may be conducted.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIZE GIVING

Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the winners.

The organizing company cannot be held responsible in the event of:

  • incorrect contact details
  • loss or damage during shipping

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The organizing company reserves the right to:

  • cancel, modify, or postpone the game in the event of force majeure
  • exclude any fraudulent participation

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

The data collected is used solely for:

  • managing the competition
  • contacting the winners

In accordance with current regulations (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

ARTICLE 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform used.

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW

This regulation is governed by French law.
